Summer Memories Queen Anne's Lace

On Summer vacation in Illinois Dean and I would pick Queen Anne's Lace at Aunt Margaret's farm and put them in vases at Grandma's house with food coloring in the water. By morning the white lace would be colored by the water. Now I prefer them all white in our Michigan back yard.

I Am Finally Feeling Like Crafting Again.....

I have been working on this scarf off and on for a couple of years..... Feels good to complete it.

Morning Message

Pat left early this morning to help friends move a trailer.... This is what I found on the counter when I got up. They were on a wall hanging curio shelf....... Oh, Loki of Asgard what are we going to do with you?

Finally Finished.....

Only about a year in the making.... A soft warm luxurious blanket..... Honestly  it was finished ages ago just waiting for me to make the tassels....
