I finished these little men today.....

I think they came out adorable!

The Boys

Here is Pontiac sleeping the morning away on a kitchen chair tucked under the table... He looks so peaceful... Normal even.....

Then here is Cadillac.. Flat on his back smack in the middle of the kitchen doorway....Cadillac is usually the mature refined cat..... It is a very hot muggy day here in Michigan and I suppose it is hard to keep cool with thick black fur....

What I made today

This wall hanging is made from a salvaged kitchen drawer front, some old screen, a page from an old book a vintage button and a piece of old burlap sack..... With the old drawer handle re-oriented ready to hang something from.....

I finished this today

A chalk board pumpkin...... If I had chalk I'd write BOO on it.....Or CANDY.....Or Trick Or Treat!!!!

What I Made Yesterday

Just getting into that Halloween frame of mind....

Sweet Charlie

Charlie was here for another vacation from the kennel. This time he stayed two weeks. He loved to look out the back window at the birds and chipmunks.

OK quit bugging me with that camera..... I'm busy.

Seriously put the camera down....I have birds to watch....

For those of you just tuning in.... Charlie is being boarded in a kennel for a year while his Dad is working in China. Gaela brings him home once in a while to give him a break from kennel life.

Jax

Jax lives down the street from us.... He didn't want to be alone today so he jumped out his front window and turned up in our back yard. He is about the sweetest dog around... His owner has been here to fetch him. The boys were decidedly unhappy with this whole turn of events!
